LRA provided complete Electrical Engineering on this 60,000 square foot aerospace parts manufacturing plant.  This interior tenant improvement features electric heat treat ovens, welding stations, machining, testing, and inspection facilities. The tenant is a worldwide company with many roles in the aerospace manufacturing industry.

LRA also provided Electrical Engineering for the shell and core as well, working with the City of Burbank to provide a 4000A, 480V service to serve the future manufacturing tenant.

The Kyocera Precision Tooling facility is a 60,000 square foot interior tenant improvement with offices and manufacturing. LRA provided complete electrical engineering for the project, including a substantial electrical service upgrade to serve the hundreds of CNC machines, lathes, mills, mechanical systems, and compressors that keep the manufacturing floor running at peak production.
