This project is one of several we have completed with Arroyo Seco Development Group, whose projects include retail shopping centers, multi-family and mixed use real estate projects in the Western United States. The design team was led by Onyx Architects, the architect of record.

The sister project to the Montecito Terraces project, this 29-unit multi-housing project, is also LEED Silver Certified. LRA provided complete MEP engineering for the project, optimizing the mechanical systems and envelope to achieve a nearly 25% improvement above the already stringent Title 24 requirements.
