Concept-level energy simulation - At the early stages of a project, we can provide analysis of building orientation and assemblies to optimize energy usage.
Modeling systems to specific Level of Development (LOD) - MEP systems can be modeled to LOD 400 and beyond when required.
Clash detection - By overlaying various trades’ models, the clash detection process can identify and resolve conflicts in a virtual space; well before it becomes an issue in the field.
Fabrication/shop drawings - Working with the contractors, architect, and structural engineer, models can be developed to fabrication-level accuracy with pipe/conduit hangers, duct insulation, sheet-metal, and more.
Leveraging technology - We utilize the latest, industry-wide software systems, such as Revit, Navisworks, Construction Cloud, and Insight, to enable collaboration and coordination at a high level.
