Adept Fasteners supplies aircraft fasteners to Boeing and Airbus, among others. The warehouse area of the facility required special consideration with respect to HVAC. The weighing of parts uses scales so sensitive that even a light draft would skew the measurements.

Central UPS - 500kVA central uninterruptible power system. The project involved intercept of incoming generator feed, connection to existing normal power bus duct to provide full UPS, emergency backup of entire building. Work was carefully planned and phased to minimize temp power (required for critical temperature-controlled facilities).
Laboratory Expansions - Upgrade and replacement of automated sample processing lines, laboratory waste, DOAS for laboratories.
IT Upgrades - Building-wide upgrades to cabling, tel/data rooms, server room cooling, local UPS.
Specimen Processing - Upgrade and replacement of automated specimen processing line.
Survey & Assessment - Campus-wide MEP survey and narrative describing the existing HVAC, electrical distribution, and laboratory piping systems with recommendations.
Getty Museum Improvements
Maintenance and alteration of the infrastructure of the campus requires a small army of facilities personnel, architects, engineers, and contractors. LRA is proud to have been a part of the museum's ongoing improvements, including expansion of their cold storage and upgrade of the network operations center.

LRA is proud to have been a part of the museum's ongoing improvements, including expansion of their cold storage and upgrade of the network operations center.
The network operations center upgrades included replacement of the main server room’s uninterruptible power source (UPS). Phasing was designed into the replacement process to minimize downtime in this 24/7 facility.
